Promoted by its founders, it aims to help to be understood and shared in achieving its social objectives. The reaching-goal tool is the participation support that every surfer can give without economic commitment. Governmental and non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations in our country constitute a misunderstood possibility of Charity but for this reason this is not to be supported yet. The idea that private individuals made available their unused assets for the achievement of a social end - verified and guaranteed by themselves - was immediately shared by friends and supporters by mean of a spontaneous involvement in the social activities of the Committee. The central didactic activity has been identified in the cultivation of a vineyard, in its harvest and in the following winemaking phase of the grapes. The training event is aimed at the socially disadvantaged, forced out of work as well as anyone who wants to approach winemaking practice starting from no basic knowledge by participating in educational and practical activities in compliance with the rules of nature and people's health. Lessons and practical activities are free of charge in compliance with the statute of the committee.
